I have been working on this work on and off for a few months to showcase some of the stuff I learned while studying at Futurepoly. The scene is put together in CryEngine 3 and the individual assets are rendered using Marmoset Toolbag 2. I was inspired by the game 'Thief' which I was playing at the time so I decided to try and recreate one of the first scenes from the game with a few changes here and there with the props I created. The modeling was done mostly in 3dsmax, texturing and details were done with Zbrush, Quixel Suite, Photoshop and Crazybump.
